Welcome to our online 2025 Silent Auction in support of the United Way!
How it works:
Once you enter your information to bid on an item, the site will remember your information for all future items. The site will also default to the next available bid price based on the previous bid & the increments set up. You can change the value to more than what it has defaulted to if you wish. If you are outbid on an item, you will receive an email stating the item that you have been outbid on. You MUST use your full name and work email address. If you do not have a work email address, please add your company name behind your nickname (example: Santa-WH, Elf-DWC). This will allow us to easily track our winning bidders for delivery. Any bids placed that do not follow this rule will be deleted.
NICKNAME. You may use a nickname in the NICKNAME field. What you put in the nickname field is what other bidders will see.
The auction opens on Tuesday November 25th and will close at 4:15 PM on Friday November 28nd – If a bid is placed on an item within the last 5 minutes of the auction, a 1-minute extension will be added to that items auction time. Once the auction is closed you will receive a confirmation email if you are the highest bidder on an item. Please print this confirmation.
Once the auction is complete. Items will be delivered to your respective United Way Chairperson for distribution as soon as possible. Your United Way Chairperson will confirm payment options available to you.
