Vehicles/Items can be looked at by appointment M-F 9AM-5:30PM. NO CHECKS NO CREDIT CARDS. Payment is to be made by winning party to 316 Motorsports by cash or card (3% Card Processing Fee) within 24 hours of sale or runner up will be contacted. Vehicles must be removed from property within 72 hours of sale. 316 Motorsports LLC does not offer towing. All vehicles are sold as is. Runs and Drives means vehicle will start and move under its own Power. We reserve the right to sell the vehicle to next bidder up if not paid for or removed as per the listed terms. Title paperwork is available for a $90 paperwork fee. Buyers are responsible for getting the Motor Vehicle Examination, Form MVE-1 from Kansas Highway Patrol to accompany title paperwork in order to get new registration and title in your name. Vehicles sold with paperwork must be registered within 60 days of sale date or paperwork is void.
